Housing Funding Programs
This page is a centralized resource for state and local financial assistance programs designed to support housing development, preservation, and home improvement across our community. These programs are available to a variety of applicants, including homeowners and homebuyers, developers and property owners, municipalities, and community organizations. The programs may provide grants, loans, tax credits, below-market mortgages, or other assistance.
Please note that the CCIDA does not administer or award these funds. Eligibility, award amounts, and application decisions rest with the administering agency, and application windows change from year to year. Our role is to help residents, developers, and municipalities identify the right program and connect with the right contact.
Explore the detailed listings below to find application dates, eligibility requirements, and direct links to apply. If you are not certain which program fits your project, please contact us at ida@clintoncountyny.gov.
