Eligibility & Application Process

Projects located in Clinton County that create jobs, encourage investment, promote housing development, or focus on green energy may qualify for assistance.

Possible benefits include sales and mortgage tax exemptions, property tax abatements, and access to development financing.

Submit a project profile, complete an application, present to the Board, participate in public review, and finalize closing if approved.

A small administrative fee is required, and applicants are responsible for covering any legal fees incurred by the project. Applications must be submitted before scheduled Board meetings.
