Champlain Valley Educational Services' CV-TEC program is recognized across New York State for excellence in technical training. Its new 60,000-square-foot facility will expand programs that prepare students for high-demand fields like advanced manufacturing, healthcare, and skilled trades. Through partnerships with local employers, CV-TEC builds direct job pipelines that help young people begin their careers in Clinton County.

Community College Drives Local Workforce Growth

Clinton Community College continues to strengthen its role as a regional workforce hub. The college recently opened a 5,000-square-foot healthcare training center next to the local hospital, and is preparing to relocate to a new, modern campus. Roughly 75% of graduates stay in the region after earning their degrees—a clear sign of strong local opportunity and community connection.

SUNY Plattsburgh provides more than 70 academic programs, offering four-year degrees that prepare graduates for professional and technical careers.
