The revised feasibility study for the Clinton Community College Bluff Point Campus incorporates feedback from community stakeholders, economic development partners, and local officials to present a more practical, flexible, and phased approach to the property’s potential redevelopment. Known as Voyage Champlain, the conceptual framework explores the adaptive reuse of existing buildings alongside opportunities for housing, recreation, hospitality, and community-focused amenities.

The study is an initial planning tool, not a final development plan. Additional work, including a comprehensive market analysis, more detailed utility and infrastructure assessments, financial feasibility analysis, and continued stakeholder engagement, will be necessary before specific projects or uses can move forward.
