Upcoming state-affiliated projects need contractors, suppliers and business partners. On September 9, Clinton County businesses will have an opportunity to meet face-to-face with the people behind those projects.
“This is an exciting opportunity for North Country companies, and we look forward to connecting directly with local business owners,” said Rodney Smith, Director of the Semiconductor Growth Access Program (SGAP).
The Empire State Development NYS Projects Pop-Up Series is giving MWBEs, SDVOBs and small businesses an opportunity to:
- Learn about upcoming New York State procurement opportunities
- Meet directly with representatives of major projects
- Access financing, bonding and business assistance
- Learn how to better position their companies to compete for future work
“Clinton County’s business leaders are resourceful and innovative,” said Molly Ryan, Executive Director of the County of Clinton Industrial Development Agency. “This event can help them make valuable connections, identify contracting opportunities they may not currently know about and better understand how to compete for that work.”
