We sit down with the economic development director of Clinton County, Molly Ryan, to size up Governor Hochul’s budget proposals and talk about the new airline that’s landed at Plattsburgh International and the big expansion and new jobs BETA Technologies is planning to bring to the airport’s Industrial Park.
