The County of Clinton Industrial Development Agency (CCIDA) is a public benefit corporation that provides industrial revenue bond financing, sale-leaseback transactions to provide a variety of tax reduction and abatement opportunities for industry.

Trent Trahan, Chairperson

David Hoover, Vice Chairperson

Michael Zurlo, Secretary

John VanNatten resides in Plattsburgh, NY. VanNatten is the Vice President and Regional Manager of Glens Falls National Bank and a member of the County of Clinton Industrial Development Agency.
