The County of Clinton
Industrial Development Agency is a public benefit corporation that provides industrial revenue bond financing, sale-leaseback transactions to provide a variety of tax reduction and abatement opportunities for industry.
Members of the Agency are appointed by the County of Clinton Legislature.
The Development Corporation Clinton County administers the Agency. Adoré Flynn Kurtz, CEcD, AICP, is its Executive Director. |
