The Town of Champlain
Industrial Development Agency is a public benefit corporation created to offer economic development incentives to industrial and commercial business. The agency provides access to sale/leaseback transaction and industrial revenue bond financing.

Members of the Agency are appointed by the Champlain Town Board.

The Development Corporation Clinton County administers the Agency. Adoré Flynn Kurtz, CEcD, AICP, is its Executive Director.

*The Town of Champlain IDA does not have any investments.**

Mission Statement:
The Town of Champlain Industrial Development Agency is a public benefit corporation created to promote, develop, encourage and assist in the construction, retention, expansion and equipping of economically sound industrial facilities in order to advance the job opportunities, general prosperity and economic welfare of the residents of the Town of Champlain.
