The Mission of Town of Champlain Industrial Development Agency includes undertaking projects and programmatic initiatives in furtherance of and to advance the job opportunities, health, general prosperity and economic welfare of the people of the Town of Champlain and to improve their recreation opportunities, prosperity and standard of living.

The
Town of Champlain
Industrial Development Agency is a
public benefit corporation created to offer economic development
incentives to industrial and commercial business. The agency provides
access to sale/leaseback transaction and industrial revenue bond
financing.
Members of the Town of Champlain Industrial Development Agency are appointed by the Champlain Town Board.
The Development Corporation of Clinton County administers the Town of Champlain IDA.
Adoré Flynn Kurtz, CEcD, AICP, is its Executive Director.
